601 Blue Rob -or- Tatuaje Noella

If you had to choose one of the other, which would you pick?

Re: 601 Blue Rob -or- Tatuaje Noella

Based on the question I would choose the Tat, only because I have never tried it.
I have smoked plenty of the 601 Blues and they are great but given a choice I would try a new Tat.

Very different smokes....I'd smoke them both, depending on my mood.

The Blue Label has a larger ring....very different smoking experience.

Can't go wrong there. I smoke through 601s like they're going out of style lately, but I just had a noella that was outstanding. My vote is for the 601s though.

601's in this matchup for me.

Both have very different flavor profiles, but Tatuaje hands down given I am coming off my maduro craze and starting to enjoy other wrappers more and more. It's all a matter of personal preference though.

So after a quick google search I could not find any Tatuaje Noellas. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

It's the Tat Miami corona size. Click on Sellecion de Cazador, these are the TAT series.

Noella, one of my favorite brown label Tats!

Re: 601 Blue Rob -or- Tatuaje Noella

I enjoy the all versions of the 601 brand and all versions of the tat blends. A fine go to smoke ,quite pleasurable. However if I had both sitting next to each other my first impulse would be to grab the tat. In fact for some reason right now its been hard to keep the few tats I get here an there to stay any longer than 2 weeks in my humi so that says which one I'd prefer. Maybe if I had more than 3 or 4 at a time of tats I wouldn't be so quick to grab but i have had the 601's a few at a time in the humi and some get to rest for quite awhile. ty have a nice morning.

Re: 601 Blue Rob -or- Tatuaje Noella

I don't care for tats, and I never smoke the blues. I still have some OR blues and can remember the reds and blacks were the cream of that crop. I haven't gotten around to trying the new blues and it's not likely I will, but I'm guessing they've come a long way from what they were at OR to garner as much buzz as they do now. That's awesome. :tu

The Noella all day, especially if it's the Reserva.

Like the 601 a lot but the Noella is hard to beat.

Re: 601 Blue Rob -or- Tatuaje Noella

I'll take the tat on most days it's just a little more complex, and not quite as strong so that I can smoke it any time of day.

Re: 601 Blue Rob -or- Tatuaje Noella

I've had both and I prefer the Tatuaje. The Noellas is the only one I've had from that line so far, although I did get the Especiales from the Lancero pass yesterday. I think I've become a full blown Tat Hoe.

Re: 601 Blue Rob -or- Tatuaje Noella

Tat by a good margin.

Burned lots of blues, but recently I've found that the finish is just too 'dry'. I don't know if the blend changed, differing ages, or its just me, but I don't enjoy them nearly as much as I used to.
