AWESOME! I did not realize you were such a fan of baseball! Next time I'm down there mayhaps you can show me the collection in person! I, too was a huge baseball fan, became disenchanted with the guys after the various strikes and actually dealing with them on a personal basis.
I used to have a wall with 500 plus signed 8x10s on it. I collected mostly old timers. I also have about 200 or so letters from old timers including many Hall of Famers. Also about 500 baseball books. Excited to see another big fan! |

just looked at wiki,During his career he played for the Houston Astros, Cleveland Indians (10 seasons), Atlanta Braves, Chicago White Sox, San Francisco Giants, Pittsburgh Pirates, Chicago Cubs, New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Texas Rangers. He also played in new york-penn league beginning for minors

I notice a distinctive lack of Cardinals Gear. But other than that, awesome collection. I thought I was bad with all my newspaper clippings and books. I have boxes of them spread across several states and countries thanks to military storage with all of my moves.
