Red Sox vs Rays
 

Since the Yankees are out of the running, i've been following the Rays. And they are taking it to the Sox tonight!

I'm calling it right now, Rays and Phillies in the WS.

I hope the Phillies pull it off though being a Philly native, but I love the rays. Happy to see them get this far.

As of time I'm typing this is a 13-3 game favoring the Rays.

Yea they just came out of no where banded up and are cleaning up, it's so much fun to watch them.

As loyal a Phils and Yankees fan I am I would say fun factor they have the most spirit and are the most fun to watch play.

You know, they've sure come a long way from when I could walk up to the ticket window 30 minutes before the game started and buy a ticket to sit behind home plate. Against any team. If you have followed them casually at all you have to be impressed, or better yet maybe, stunned.

I've been to about 10 games this year and haven't seen them lose yet. Such a far cry from the last 10 years where I'm lucky to have witnessed 10 wins total. Hey, it's fun and I know to enjoy it while it lasts.

I am not yet ready to count out Tampa Bay. That being said, I believe that winning in the playoffs is a learning process in knowing how to deal with the extra pressure and the exhaustion of playing a long season and still having to play more. I think that the advantage in game 7 goes to the Red Sox because in this new century there is no team that is more battle tested or experienced in dealing with adversity.
