The "if" in life

What job (and I mean job) would you want

- IF you didn't have to worry about money
- IF you didn't have to worry about fitness or ability (that is, just because you are old and broken down doesn't mean that you can't be an olympic swimmer)

It can't be a non-job, like "independently wealthy" or "owner of a sports team". It has to be a real job. You get the good and the bad.

For me, I'd like to have a job that I had in college. I worked cattle from horseback in NW Montana, near Whitefish. Damn long hours, damn cold times, got kicked by horses and cattle, got thrown more than once. But man, it was fun. Wouldn't want to own a ranch or anything, just work cattle from horseback.

What about you?

I'd work at an LCdH that didn't mind me talking cigars all day and getting drunk on Havana Club while on duty--all the while trying to complete the great American (expat) novel.

I would like to own a bed and breakfast with around 30-40 rooms. The place would have a huge wrap around deck. There would also have to be a huge room with one really big talbe that everyone would get together to have dinner at. We would be on enough land to have a little bit of everything available for people. It would be nice to meet new people as they travel and spend the evenings on the deck watching the sun go down smoking a great cigar.
