It's about that time of year again: Fantasy Football :banger

I have created a league at ESPN.com. 12 TEAMS total with an AUCTION style draft. The auction style draft allows you to get WHATEVER player you want. It's really a great draft style. If you have never competed in an auction style draft, ESPN allows you to participate in mock auction style drafts to get some experience.

Draft time and date will be determined at a later date once we have a full list of competitors.

The entry fee will be a PREMIUM NC/CC 5er that will need to be sent to me before the season begins, preferably after the draft. The payout will be:

1st Place: 45 total cigars (9 Fivers)
2nd Place: 10 total cigars (2 Fivers)
3rd Place: 5 total cigars (1 Fiver)

Now that we have a full roster. When do you guys want to do the draft? I was thinking mid-August. That would give us enough time to see if any injuries occur during the pre-season games.

I have never done an auction draft...so I can only use $200? can a full roster be had for only 200?

Yeah, but you have the option to buy WHATEVER player you want. I did a baseball draft like that with 260 and drafted around 25 players. You can do practice auction drafts...I def would do one or two to get the feel of it :tu

My :2 ..... Don't change the date unless you absolutely HAVE to. In my years of running leagues I've found that you can never please everyone and shuffling dates always just leads to confusion and headache.

I hope I don't offend anyone, I am merely voicing my opinion that usually isn't considered worth two squirts... even at home. :D
