2-1 Wings after 2 periods. Some wild end to end hockey with great chances for both teams. Osgood has really kept the Wings in a position to win. Here's hoping he can do it for one more period so the Wings can win this baby!

Just not a Wings fan, but do I cheer for Cindy?
Maybe I will cheer for Malkin, Staal, and Guerin

Billy Guerin is a good guy, and Malkin is playing much better than he did in last year's Finals...but the Wings are going to repeat.

Teams who went up 2-0 when having the first 2 games at home are 31-1 in NHL Finals' history. ;) Doesn't look to me like Fleury is going to fo anything to change that.

I think the Pens will take one of the games in Pittsburgh, and the Wings will win at home in Game 5.....but you never know, Pens might stretch them to 7.

I like the way a game 5 winner sounds!;)

Hypothetical.

Avery gets called for an instigator in the closing seconds of game two of the finals. Think Campbell overturns that call? :hm

Not on your life.

I thought the suspension was automatic.....Campbell keeping the networks happy. ;)

I am looking at Game 5 tickets on eBay, I am thinking about driving to Detroit next Saturday if the Wings split in Pittsburgh.

Re: NHL '08- '09 Thread

Mike Babcock said it last night that he didn't expect a suspension. Why, because he knew ther was no way the league takes out Malkin for even one game. This should just give even a little bit more motivation to the Detroit locker room. Not that they needed it.

I know it's a long shot but here's hoping for a sweep. It would be justice served.
