Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Friday! We had a good time at Aroma last night, a number of the regulars were there relaxing and enjoying top shelf stogies. Tomorrow, Army has their last home football game scheduled for the season and it's against UMass. It's a noon kick off which means we'll be in the EOC by 0500 up and running. The weather looks good for tomorrow, temps in the mid 40s and partly sunny (perfect football weather). Anyway, enjoy everyone and I hope you get to smoke a favorite or two or........ :D

Good morning everyone, the coffee is on as always and it's back to work Monday already. Saturday was another win for Army, the final score was Army 33, UMass 17. Yesterday, Beth and I raked the yard and then we sat out to enjoy a few cold ones and a fine cigar. For dinner, we enjoyed a rack of ribs that went low and slow on the grill for a good 3+ hours on 275 °F. I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving week, please remember our proud military members that won't be home with family and friends that are in harms way....... 🇺🇲

Good morning all, the espresso coffee is on and it's the middle of our Thanksgiving holiday vacation. We had a great time down in New York City on Thanksgiving, the parade great and we enjoyed ourselves throughout the day. Yesterday, Beth and I had our Thanksgiving dinner and are in the middle of transitioning the house and yard from Fall to Winter holiday. We'll finish that today and have a couple of our friends over to help and enjoy a few cold ones as well. Enjoy everyone....... :cf1

Good morning everyone, the coffee is on as always and it's back to work Monday. We had a good couple of days and finished up decorating the house and yard to include putting up the Christmas Tree. Good morning all, the coffee is on as always and it's back to work Monday. We had a good weekend overall, plans did change and we rescheduled our tour to the distillery for another day. Congrats to the Eagles on their win over the Jets and keeping up in the Wild Card race. As a note, with the Christmas holiday approaching in a few weeks, be careful out there as we know that they'll be office parties and such. Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0410 and it's Friday! We had a great time at Aroma last night, the place was hoppin' and we were smokin' top shelf stogies. Tomorrow is the Army vs. Navy football game starting at 1500 (3 pm). This year it'll be played in MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NY (home of the NY Giants & the NY Jets). I don't have to work the game this year, so Beth and I will be at the America Legion in New Windsor, NY with my fellow Army and Navy veterans cheering and enjoying the game. Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and it's back to work Monday (last week of work for this year). We had a good weekend over all: The final score of the Army / Navy football game wasn't what we wanted, 17 - 13 Navy won. It was a hard fought fight till end. Congrats Navy, we'll be back next year in Philly again. Yesterday, Beth and I relaxed at home all day watching football and enjoyed smashed burgers on the grill. Good morning everyone, the coffee has been on for a while now and it's Friday! We had a good time at the Aroma Cigar Room last night, the usual suspects were there enjoying themselves. Today is my last working day for the year as I have a lot of use-or-lose vacation time and I have it calculated that I won't lose any by the end of the year. Monday morning, Beth and I along with a few of our relatives are flying to Clearwater Beach, FL for the holidays. We plan to hang on the beach as much as possible and make trips to local breweries, wineries and such. We'll definitely be stopping in Ybor City and smoking a few cigars there. As planned yesterday, I pulled out the snow blower and gave it the once over. A few pumps on the primer, full choke and one pull fired up the machine like it's been running all year. Mother nature has some snow predicted for tonight (only 3"), not enough to use the snow blower but I'm sure soon enough we'll get dumped on in the near future. Weather wise, we have received a few inches of snow so far and it's dwindling down as we speak. We had a good weekend overall: Saturday, we had a celebration of life for one of Beth's brothers that passed away before Christmas and we're honoring another one of her brothers that passes two weeks prior this coming Friday. Both brothers passes away peacefully from Alzheimer's, god rest their souls. I hope you all have a great week and enjoy....... :)

Good morning everyone, the espresso coffee is on and it's Friday! Today, we will lay Beth's brother Tommy to rest as he passes away peacefully back in December with his family by his side. He passed away from Alzheimer's which is a terrible disease and it's even worse for the caregivers that have to watch their love ones fade away. Tommy was a great father, grandfather, brother and husband to his loving family. Rest in peace brother, you are dearly missed and will not be forgotten. Until we meet again....... :)
