I'm playing through Brothers In Arms right now. The graphics are okay albeit a bit grainy and the some of the cut scenes are way too long for my liking. It's not a bad game overall though.

I just finished the main story line last night. Then I jumped online for a bit. I really like the built in party system. The only thing I couldn't figure out is how to "heart" levels and players while following someone else. If you're the leader, you can do it, but not if you're a follower.

Anyway, I guess I'll play through the level creation tutorials next and see what that's all about. :)

I haven't tried creating any levels yet.... but do enjoy playing some of the online levels...especially the vehicle ones :)

Hell's Highway? I didn't find the cut scenes near as annoying as Gears of War 2...I try to skip as many as possible...just hit the B button, I think.

I liked Hell's Highway. i felt a little lost cause I didn't play any other BiA except for the first one (I definitely missed some story lol) but it was a fun game. It got pretty hard at the end, trying to grind through that game on authentic is damn near impossible!

It was Hell's Highway and that's the only one I've played. I'm going to try my luck at authentic. But, I have a feeling it'll be like CoD on the hardest level and be almost impossible to beat like you said.

Yea, tell me about it. I figured I'd try it out and you're handicapped without the sights on the gun. Ridiculous... :fl

Like a shiny RE4. Pretty good, but i was really dissapointed you can't move and shoot! Worth a go, I think they are pulling it from the download section tonight.

i beat the story on LBP wayyy to quickly....although I can go replay to get 100% collections and of course all the online levels....still kind of upsetting.

Fallout 3 is going well though

RE4 was fantasic, I have no idea how many times I played that damn game. The only thing that I never got was the hand cannon when you mastered the mercenary mode. I know you can't run/move and shoot in RE4 so that wouldn't be a big disappointment for me. I missed out on the free download for this game.

I never beat a game to death as badly as RE4. The handcannon was worth the effort!

I'm a bit dissapointented over not being able to move and shoot. After playing so much Dead Space (which if you loved RE4 you should definitely pick up!) having to stand still to shoot just feels antiquated. Otherwise, i'm super pumped, especially over the co-op.

I tried the demo for Halo Wars. Actually pretty good, demo was good fun.

There are just so many games on the horizon i'm looking forward too. Killzone 2, Mad World, Fear 2, RE5, Deadly Creatures, SFIV, Halo Wars, House of the Dead Overkill, Tenchu Shadow Assassins, The Conduit, Tom Clancy HAWX, just to name a few :r

Maybe I should pick it up again. I think I only needed two characters on a level with a 4 star rating. I just remember being very close. Just haven't played many video games lately.

The only game I beat into the ground worse then RE4 was FFVII years ago . I literally had everything you could get.

Here's a little something for the mac and linux users. The excellent penumbra series is on sale for mac and linux for only 35 bucks. Penumbra is one of the most awesome horror games i've ever played, give the demo a shot! 35 bucks is a steal for those three awesome games:

they made some really nice improvements to NHL 09 if you like sports games. Really increased the difficulty in shooting which makes it not so easy like last year

I restarted Fallout 3 today. I messed up initially with my skills so I am working on the game again. I am doing the quests for the book in Megaton also, I skipped them the first time. This game is a blast, I also got a pet dog. That rocks.

I beat Shaun White Snowboarding this weekend. It's not a GREAT game, but it was good enough to keep me interested. I think this may be the first game I try for the Platinum trophy.

I had the dog for about 3 minutes-was attacked by giant rad scorpions and the dog didn't have a chance.

The wife has been getting sick of the shooting and explosions when I play COD4 and COD5, so I've been playing with my headphones on. OMG. I can hear so much more now. I can actually hear footsteps when someone's trying to creep up on me. Everything sounds so much more refined. It's a totally enhanced experience. I'd really have to crank up the sound to hear everything on my home theater. Especially to drown out the noise from the PS3 fan. I should have been playing with them on from the beginning.
