So what does everyone think about the last 2 episodes? Tara is stepping her game up, Bill is an idiot and what about this fairy contract with Sooki?

Re: True Blood

Best line the last 2, Tara to Pam: "Suck me, Vampire Barbie!"

Don't have to listen to Hoyt whine any more. :tu

Russell is off the deep end, tha makes for entertainment.

Hoping for a good last 2 weeks.

Agree'd that made me laugh, are we really that close for the season to be done?

Been loving how the last few episodes have shaped up. My girlfriend is not such a fan. I think she wants more bare chested Alcide and Eric, lol...

Russell is the character of the season for sure. Somehow I think or hope Lilith's blook vial gets knocked over. Will Russell or Bill do it?

Looks like the blood turns to black in the previews. Hoping the female Authority leader chugs the whole thing and turns into a lizard.

It's been turning black for a few episodes. What that means, who knows?

Re: True Blood

Last episode! wtf was up with the fairy popping out 4 babies then telling Andy here ya go.. Bill is a crazy SOB whoa, total change since first season. I think my favorite part was when Sam shifted inside the lady vamps head!! All in all I thought it was a good end to the season and they left it off at a very :po hurry next season moment with Jason mentioning the vamp and the lady saying "what do you know about ... "

Thought it ended with sookie and eric and lilith reborn? "oh fuk" "RUNNNN!!!!!!!"

Either way, good ep.... hehe, more like Bill WAS crazy... not sure there's anything left of Bill now... I guess we'll see next season.... I always did like Eric tho, his acting is :tu

so sad........it is over till next year and yea really 4 babies that was crazy

Re: True Blood

Does seem like they left more loose ends hanging than in previous seasons...

Oh yeah, and cmon... where's Jason's pather effects? lol. seems like sometimes certain plot arcs really contain no long term bearing on anything in the show.

Re: True Blood

yea I agree Francis it's like trying to shove 10 pounds of cigars into a small flat rate some things just don't fit and have to be cut(and smoked)
and it is getting worse it is hard to get anywhere when you have so many story lines going on i love the show but it seams like they need more time per season

on that note SOA is coming soon!!!!

mosesbotbol 08-28-2012 06:55 AM

Re: True Blood

That episode pretty checked off every loose end. Great finale. Can't see Bill ever turning around. There are no remaining big time vampires from the Authority either (except Bill). Next season will be great!

It was at the very end of the episode, I watch online (hbogo) so it may have been in the teaser for next season but it shows Jason and all the vamps going up the elevator and coming out killing one vamp and Jason (as my wife pointed out) sniffing the air saying they were coming for that one old vamp.

That is what I thought as well. They closed a lot of stuff really fast (I suspected Russell would meet the true death, just not as quickly as he did), but this was one big cliffhanger for them to leave on. I am going to have to go see this on HBOGO to see the scene 363 is talking about. For the most part, I really liked this episode best of all the others ones this season. It is going to be fun to see how things play out next season.

Re: True Blood

While the finale was a great episode, I'm disappointed that the main story line didn't wrap up at the end of the season as it has in years past. I can't believe I have to wait unitl June to find out what happens with Billith.

I guarantee they wrap up this story line in the first half of the season premier in June. Then the rest of the episode introduces the story line for that season.

I read on-line that there was a bonus scene available on HBOGO only. I'm sure that was it.

Do you think Bill could turn around to help defeat Warlow even if it's for is own benefit? I take it Bill does not want any competition as top vampire. He kind of owes Eric for taking care of Russell.

But didn't Eric just retain Russell and he overloaded on fairy power? that is what it looked like to me, or did he stake him?

Interesting thought, I could see that. Kind of like the good in Vader coming out at the end of the Star Wars trilogy.

It was interesting watching his transformation this past season as he became a bit of a religious nut and then jumped into the deep end.

Great, Steve, I might have gotten around to watching those some day, but now it's spoiled for me.

My gut tells me in the 1st half of the season premier they will either kill Bill or somehow rid him of Lillith's blood. Then Eric's sister (can't remember her name) will tell Jason and Sookie all about M. Warlow which will start the new storyline for the next season.

I thought Warlow would take out Eddington, saying "sookie is mine"
But Eric saying, "that was more satisfying than I thought" (could be a miss quote) Was really cool

Re: True Blood

Blastr has an interview with Allan Ball, who just left the series as the executive producer, that Season 6 will be shorter than the previous season, cutting back from the usual 12 to 10, due to various reasons.
