In Sucker Punch the Mayor is smoking El Jefe cigars. I don't think they are the Big Butt ones. I think they are fictional cigars.

This isn't from a movie, but in one of Mya's music videos she is smoking an Ashton Aged Maduro at the beginning. I think the name of the song is "My Love is Like Whoa." or something like that.
