If we can get a tax cap passed, it will drop those liga costs about 3-4 per cigar and put them in-line with mainland prices. If you havent signed one yet, print it out, sign it, fax it in or give to ToH next time you are there. Just got called by some legislators today about it.

Those Vega Finas are supposed to be great from what I have heard from a few guys I know who have had them.
