Re: Devanmc's Case build

i got a great deal on mine cuz i bought if for pennies at some old mans garage sale. they are usually pretty expensive, even used.

then you gotta pay someone like forrest to do up the inside. which would probably be another 200-300bucks. its not really a cost effective case. but since i got the case for nearly free, i got a good deal.

I don't even think I own enough clothes to fill those!

Re: Devanmc's Case build

i could bring a photo of my cooler to prove i can fill them all. im just to lazy and not stupid enough, to fill a case that is in need of seasoning.

Re: Devanmc's Case build

just ordered some foam sheets to put on the top of each shelf for added cigar protection.

Re: Devanmc's Case build

Two points...A.) GET THOSE PAPER TOWELS OFF THAT FOAM!!! Sorry...You don't want to grow mold on that,
and it certainly doesn't need to be seasoned. Hate to see you spend money on foam and then pre-dispose it to
growing science experiments.
B.) If you don't bring that to the shack, I will personally aid in kicking your a55.

You can take that foam out and season the wood with paper towels on plastic bags or sheets.
Unless the foam is glued to the trays, in which case you should still get the wet towels off the foam.
NICE FREAKING ROAD BOX!

Haha, Hospital Corners............

By the way, I guess if the foam is glued in, you could put sponges in the accessory area and close it upside down.
That would help season it and keep mold from growing. OR beads....a lot of wet heartfelt beads. You have 4-5 days
that shoudl be plenty, I mean it's a ROAD BOX after all, not a desktop. You're gonna have compromises.
