Re: What are you reading?
Just finished "The 6th Extinction" - excellent read BTW about the extinction event we seem to be living in right now.
I'm just a few pages in to "The Zero Marginal Cost Society" by Jeremy Rifkin. It's about the future of industrial capitalism which sounds excruciatingly boring but it was highly recommended by a friend so I'll give it a shot. |

Re: What are you reading?
I've been reading Eckhart Tolle for a while now. It's become my bathroom reading. Have not.read it (The Power of Now) cover to cover. I just flip to a page and start reading. It's almost bible-ish. Not in the sense of the origin of the words, but every time.I open it to a random page, it's exactly what I need to hear at that moment.

Re: What are you reading?
Ok, we live in the middle of nowhere and have only minimal broadcast, antenna TV. So yeah, I had heard of the Game of Thrones television series, but somehow had missed the fact that it was initially a book series. I'm almost at the end of the third volume after just under three weeks of reading. Love 'em. I'm hooked.:banger
Is the film version worth my time? |
