I'd still fire CJ .

Re: NHL 2013 Thread

Dude it wasn't him I think he really did a great job, to be fair the bruins had such a light schedule to start the year and a ton of games at the end, 10 games in 14 days or something (no i didn't look it up but i know it was something stupid). CJ woke them up that's for sure, but yes I would like to see what's around for goalies. Subban is in minors or juniors or whatever he's not even at the AHL level yet, that sucks.

Here comes the weird stats, the Bs are the first team to come back from 3 goals down in the 3rd period in the playoffs (maybe only in a game 7).

Only for the cc playoff hockey league. I am a Red Wings fan but do follow the Kings since they are local.

That contract would be a tragedy, I wonder what Andy Moog is up to these days :r

He lived around us and he had this black bmw, nothing special, pretty run of the mill, and it's plate said "MOOG"

You gave up on the Bruins, Adam....I don't think you should be allowed to make another Bruins post this postseason. ;)

Yah and then I couldn't watch because I'd jinx them, heart on my sleeve. Sick freaking comeback, love the place was half empty as people tried to get back in and it was louder than it has been in 3 yrs in the building. (and i still freaking hate rask it's not the bruins it's him, I think he's useless :r )

MAGNITOGORSK, Russia -- Veteran NHL coach Mike Keenan has signed a two-year contract to coach the Russian club Metallurg Magnitogorsk.

The Kontinental Hockey League club announced the deal on its website Monday but did not disclose financial details.

The 63-year-old Keenan led the New York Rangers to the 1994 Stanley Cup title and has more than 600 wins during a 25-year career with eight teams. He last coached in the NHL with the Calgary Flames from 2007 to 2009.
First time I've ever felt sorry for Russians. :lr

+1
I am glad he is taking a job over there, that means he would not be a candidate for the open head coaching job with the Avs ;)
