Bought mine yesterday.. Sitting in the salt test now... Since 10 last night.. at 56 Lets hope it comes back up some more..(coolidor almost ready.)

I have one of these, and while it works just fine, I have to subtract seven from it every time.

I have tested 3 of them.
Two where 4 off and the third was dead on.

When I first tested one it said it was 7 off, but it didn't make sense when I had it in with another one. I pulled the batteries and tested it again and it has been 4 off since.

I have a pair of them and they're off a collective 16 points. I threw one away that was off 13 points. The cool thing about them is that they changed every time I tested them. I just saw them the other night in the bottom of a box. That's where they've lived for a long time now.
I figure if I'm gonna spend thousands on the best cigars I can find, I can spill the extra 15 bucks for a good, calibratable hygrometer/thermometer.
Notice that I tried to cheap out three times before I learned my lesson. :D

Still at 61, I think I may just return it and fork out a few extra bucks for the same kind in my humi. Humi-Care!

Being able to calibrate is a nice feature, but these are so cheap to be tempting if you can find one that is close.

Mine is now at 64.. Not sure how long I should wait. I know normally you do it for 24 hours. I seen someone said they left it for 48.. Maybe I will give it till saturday.. See by then.

I would recomend removing the batteries, put them back in and put it back in the container for 24 hours.
