Hoyo de Monterrey (non-Cuban). Started good... middle got hot and a bit acrid... ended on a good note.

I've smoked the Banker, it was a good smoke. Suffered through the weather and smoked a 5 Vegas Classic, burn was a little off but a good smoke. It'd be nice to feel my fingers, maybe I'd enjoy the smokes a little more. Can't wait for my smokes to rest until spring/summer, should make for a great year by the fire pit.

The Judge by J. Fuego Blind Justice. I got this as a throw-in sample from FSS a few months ago. It's a tasty Maduro; I might have to grab a fiver and see what a year's rest does for them.

Smoked my first and maybe last SOA KG-9. Smoked half of it and switched to
a Padron #35 Maduro.

Tried my best to smoke a Matilde Corono tonight and I believe it was the most frustrated I have ever been with a cigar. It was hard to get started and near impossible to keep lit in addition to only wanting to burn down the left side at times.

Sounds like it was over humidified, was this a cigar you just got, sometimes the vendors keep them at a very high humidity and when you get them you have to let them sit a bit or you can dry box them.
