Statler: Wake up you old fool. You slept through the show. Waldorf: Who's a fool? You watched it. S: I like the steel Drums! W: What?!? S: THE PIGS' STEEL DRUMS!!! W: I beleive it! They'll take anything that isn't bolted down! S: Is your hearing aid fixed? W: No. S: Then how do you know what I'm saying? W: I don't! S: Oh. (does double take) |

I'm only on page 16 of this thread. I'll leave this here as a placeholder in case this gets locked before I finish. Thanks for pointing this out to me, Dave!

Re: stirring the pot local B&M vs big internet
OK.
Update: Due to business(good thing) I am canceling the tour to Don Pepin factory in May(bad thing). However, I will go sometime, it's just not feasible right now, have at least 2 national Clients trying my business out and need to make sure everything goes perfect for a while. This Friday I did speak with don Pepin at the event at Zarka's. don Is a very nice soft spoken guy, no English, I did my best with the 4 years I took of Spanish and a translator. Don said while others may provide a slightly higher quality to the Smaller shops, It's not something done at his factory, he refuses even to produce 2nds. Anything that is not up to quality is cut up and used in short filler production. So that's it for now, will have to check in with some of the other factories when i can. |
