0-162 is much more imrpressive than 0-16 I think.

They'll at least be at 1-161 before the season ends. They play Cincinnati at some point. :)

With all the deaths in baseball lately, I was surprised to see Bob Eucker still calling the Brewers game on the radio. Eucker is not as good as he was, but still calls a good game.

Citi Field is a beautiful place (on tv anyways). Looks like it's got more character than the new Yankee Stadium. Cheaper seats than new YS too.

Yes it did look nice on TV, the San Diego announcers commented on how nice it was also.

I also am happy to see this. It will get knocked down to a 4 game suspension after the appeal. I would also like to add that this is not because he is a Red Sox either.

I'd be happy to see the Sox go better than .333. Not a good start to the season, dropping two against the Rays, the Angels, and now the As. I know it's a long season, but those losses are going to hurt us come September, especially the two against the Rays :(

I know the Yanks are going to be pumped today, I just hope the Indians aren't embarrassed.

Yeah, but they really needed that after Daisuke's 1 inning performance in the 12 inning game the night before. Hell of a job by Wake, pitching the full game and coming away with a very impressive win.

I hope you didn't get stuck in one of those 1100 seats with an obstructed view. How does one build a new stadium in this day and age with that many seats with obstructed views?

It's a four game series. But, it seems a bit early for make or break. They may be playing above their heads at the moment but, at least, my Cards won't get swept.

It's a long season, but every game counts. I wish they'd both lose, but that ain't happening. Gotta get the Reds up there somehow...:D

The Indians looked pretty good against the Yanks relievers today, but I'm not sure how good their bullpen really is. I almost felt bad about the Yankees losing their home stadium opener, almost. :)

what do ya'll think about the posada hit that was ruled a homer but could have been called fan interference in the yankees v indians game today?

i don't think there was sufficient video evidence to overturn the original call of a home run.......i was upset the indians manager didn't get himself ejected though

It was a HR. The ball hit the fan first and that was over the plain of the wall. The fans glove did not get in the way until after the ball crossed the wall.
