buts definitely coming along. |
Re: Devanmc's Case build
Well he is not done yet Devan. Wait are you done? Is it done? When will it be done? :r
Just kidding Devan. It does look confusing but knowing Forrest it will all come together and its purpose will be made known and it will be epic. |

The bottom of the case holds 60 cigars. Up to 8 3/4" on the left, and 6 1/2" on the right. http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/h...0805-00358.jpg The top of the case has a hinged cover. This cover not only acts as a lid for all the upper compartments, but also as a lid for the lower compartment when the case is closed. : http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/h...0805-00359.jpg I'd probably empty my entire wineador to fill this thing up, but I threw in a few things to show scale on it. The right lower is a toro size cigar, the upper compartments on the right can each hold 3 toro sized cigars for an additional 12 up above, plus a variety of small cigars can be placed in the spare compartments as well as cutters, lighters, whatever. http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/h...0805-00360.jpg And a shot of the upper lid closed down holding all the stuff up top: http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/h...0805-00361.jpg He can relocate the bead bag to either side if he wants. It fits in those right hand compartments just fine. I hope you enjoy it Devan. Thank you for your service for our Country. :tu |
Re: Devanmc's Case build
Sweet!! That is what I thought you were doing with the top but I was wondering how you would make it so the air flows. You sir a master! If I ever need anything like this done you are the one I am coming to for sure. Great job for a very deserving brother. :tu

Re: Devanmc's Case build
Thank you. I should also note that each of the lower trays have slatted bottoms. The cigar foam is of an open cell design, so it should do well for a travel case.
