Last night I watched the first half of the Swedish version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Very good so far! (Subtitles don't bother me)

I hope to take the wife to see the one in theaters, but we haven't been to the movies without the kids in several years.

Anytime Olivia Wilde crawls out of a LAKE in a cotton DRESS and you DON'T have ANYTHING to
show for it, you can take that movie and 'chuck it in the bin' as my friend D. Generate might say.

Tinker, tailor etc. Meh- a bit boring and convoluted. Kinda hard to follow.

We get Netflix so we are watching at least 2 a week...can't remember the last but I think it was Love Actually...last GOOD movie? Limitless and Sucker Punch

Do it, Do it, Do it!! I didn't see the original, but David Fincher is one of my fav directors and he doesn't disappoint.

I hate gore movies, but I do enjoy a good horror movies. (To me horror movies make you think, not just a bunch of people being slaughtered in disgusting ways.)

That said, I do like B-movie-type horror/slasher films.

I have been working my way through the Hellraiser series. The first one was kind of lame, and the second one was a step backward, but the third one started to get a little heady. The fourth one, I just finished, and I liked it well enough. It was pretty easy to work out the plot and the finish, but I like the way it ended.

Three more to go, then I can tell you hwat I think of the series.
