It was pointless, but provided the Hawks with some much needed confidence heading into the Second Season.

Chelios played D....started, and played the last shift. I fear it might be the last NHL game I see him play. :(

The game has been very hard hitting ... As is expected.

They seemed more awake in the second half of the period.

Guess I need to give the Devils their due... so far (after 2 Periods) they are handling my 'Canes pretty easily.

We will open the third on a power play. Gotta score!

I am actually cheering for the Rangers, I want Avery to get what he deserves and the Bruins are the best bet to give him that. Hope that he lives through it but I really don't care.

I wasnt able to see much of the game. I got from where Carolina scored on. I'll have to watch the highlights
