I probably make it to 1-3 a week. Only really ever smoke once a week, sometimes twice.

That's what worries me. :) If I start working from home more often or build that smoking area in the basement that I've been thinking about it could skyrocket.

Not much actually 1 maybe 2 a week at the most. Much more average is 1 a week unless it is a holiday time frame or football season. Or Golf weather.

Then my intake increases dramatically :)

man, it seems like I've gone from 1-2 a week to 1/day...seems to help me relax after a long day at work.
