I didn't get the museum level.... All it took me to was the special ops mode.

I finished the campaign mode earlier today. Not much to it at all. Guess it is time to get good at multiplayer.

Ha! That's funny. You can go into the museum, that is featured in the end credits, and shoot the 'exhibits'.

But face it.. the 360 lineup this year sucked.

I agree. Played fallout 3 and now modern warfare 2 this year. Wasn't really that many great games that came out.

Anyone on 360 up for playing special ops.. its geared toward 2 player co-op. Pretty sweet levels to include an AC 130 gunship mission.. Look me up... johnnyKay5

Pushing the button is fun. Only made it to the 2nd wave and then I get schooled LOL.

And I can't tell you how many times I've died trying to get to the secret ladder in the Highrise multi-player level. Great sniper location though. :tu

Yea, good spot. Make sure to have tactical insertion equipt so you only have to do it once.

Re: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2

Yeah, realized that would be a good thing after the first time I did it. So far its been a pretty decent place. Not too many people notice you up there and the ones that do spend all their time dying while trying to get to where you are LOL

Parkout at it's best in MW2. :ss Once you get it down you're golden. And, yes, the green flares help. :tu

Yep. Having some Claymores is a good idea too in case you miss anyone trying to get to you.

What is your favorite gun to use?

For Hardcore Deathmatch, I use a M4A1 with an ACOG
For regular stuff I use a MP5 with rapid fire, or a P90 with an ACOG

Never knew you could press a button in the museum level, thought you just walked around and shot the guys. Seems more interesting now. :D

The ACR with extended mags is good for anything lol.

SCAR with Bling - ACOG scope and silencer
Intervention with Bling - silencer and heartbeat sensor

Only two guns I use. :tu

Re: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2

TAR with silencer, semtex + stun - scavenger, cold blooded, ninja... this is the set up I used to get 5 nukes in 6 games in 1.25 hours

which ever sniper rifle that starts with a w with silencer - scavenger, claymore, stopping power, steady aim is my pure sniper class

p90 with silencer, semtex stun - marathon, cold blooded, ninja (sometimes commando)

SCAR silencer and heartbeat sensor - bling, cold blooded, ninja (games for those pissing me off with hard core campers)

whatever I feel like using in the last class... beginning to play competitively soon so a couple might change depending on the type of game

I absolutely hate Search and Destroy. It is a flawed game. Someone from the other team shouldn't be able to launch a grenade as soon as the game begins (within 3 seconds of the game beginning) and take out 2 members of the team.

I think it's a level 57 unlock. I was using the M$ before it, but the ACR trumps it in every way possible ( except damage maybe). And when you unlock the extended mags it's game over, I rake with that gun :D

My favorite map is Favela. I love being able to get on the rooftops and shoot down below.

I also like the map where it is small (not Rust) and has the downed plane in the middle. I can't remember the name. It is basically a small square with 4 buildings on each side.

Afghan, which is actually my favorite map. Favela is good too but my best map is airport. I love that level, riot shield is actually useful there :D

My least favorit map is the one with all the rocks. I can't remember the name, but you have to jump from rock to rock to go around it. There is a big tower in the middle.

Actually I believe the map he is thinking is Scrapyard, and the one you hate is probably Quarry

I think I'm not going to try prestige this time around.... I did it 5 times in CoD4 and it got boring. Unless there is some fantastic reason to do it, I will prolly not.

But think of all the fancy titles and emblems you will be missing out on :r

I couldn't prestige on the last one (pc version didn't have it) but I didn't on WAW and I probably won't with this one either.

Just picked up the game Saturday. Finally put it in the xbox tonight.
Played for a few minutes, and got drawn off. It looks beautiful. Can't wait to play it. :tu

Something weird happened with my game today. Was on playing during my lunch break, leveled up to a 66 in the process, got a few titles and emblems. But when I was back on later it didn't register any of my progress, titles were gone, emblems gone, kills were reset, and I was back down to a 65. Never happened to me before in any of the other CoDs, anyone else had this problem?

I have had problems with the lag in the game too. I've heard that they do not have a dedicated server for this one and that could be leading to a lot of the online play problems. Try to wire it up and see if it helps. :tu

phew.. i thought I was the only one having issues... I'm assuming the servers just finally go overloaded because it just happened... wiring it up is gonna require about a 100ft. cable.. i have a long one, time to see if it'll do the job.

I had a long distance for mine too, but I just moved the whole damn router. It may help a bit, but there is still some inherant lag everytime I play and mine is 4 feet from my router and wired to it. :tu

My problems with the wireless connection started with Gears of War:I and when I wired it it got better. All I ever play is first-person-shooters, so I hate lag.

Re: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2

did a little more exploring.. when i test the network status I get a gree 3/4 bars which is enough to be ok... However.. i was in a game and let it run to the end and it only then shows 1 red bar... not sure why the difference.
