I have always thought picture reviews should contain the following pictures:
One prelight, cut or uncut both we don't need both
One sometime after the light, within the first inch or so
One of the ash if you keep it on for 2.5 inches or more before it falls
One of the aftermath, meaning the nub, with the band nearby if you want, or not.
acceptable additions as needed would be if there were any issues with the cigar, including but not limited to a very bad burn, canoeing, tar, wrapper splitting, etc. Another acceptable addition to the pictures above would include the atmosphere or location if it is unique or neat for any reason.

Sometimes less is more.

Great pictures and review.

I myself prefer to post a zillion photos (like yourself) and I also enjoy seeing others pictures.

Opus is a good cigar to revist from time to time. :tu

PPP is the way to go. Very rarely am I in the mood to smoke multiple cigars at the same time so this PPP'ing works great.
My buddy Mark (borndead1), and I PPP all the time. He slobbers like yourself (you guys would make a nice date for the right person :r) :dr

Can you feel the love at CA? :D:D:D:D:D:D

I do joke a lot and at time may be a little hard on others. You are correct.

I sent you a hidden message that only you can see... not a PM, but you'll have to find it yourself. Don't worry about it too much. What I posted is a general guideline, and not a hard and fast rule. More pictures than what I posted isn't necessarily a bad thing within reason.

You'll do well here. You like cigars, you are excited about them and you are open to constructive criticism. There really isn't much more anyone needs to fit in here. I mean, we're all a little weird here anyway. :D

Go with what you know!

if i try a palio and like it, i'll simply buy one!

after many different cutters over the years, the best one was a cutter that looked exactly like yours... single-blade guilottine, bulky, plastic piece of junk my dad gave me - firm blade, straight, sharp cut. It got too dirty, a little rusty, so I go with the Palio, even though it still cuts amazing!
