Yeah, I'll be doing some TDM (frame) stuff, too, but this is going to be primarily ATM at the DS3 and above (including OC1, 3, 12, 48) levels. It's going to be pretty high-level stuff... installing entire DSLAMS, Lucent PSAXs and other (mainly Layer 2) network elements in a primarily ATM environment. There's gonna be a good deal of IP/MPLS type stuff, too, but that's mainly handled by a different group, I think. I can hold my own with that for the most part, so I'm not too worried... I think I'll only be working w/ class C stuff at most. |
