Thanks for the recipe, Andy, they sound good.

Me? I go to Hooters. It is easier, and the servers look better in booty shorts than Ganz does. ;)

My Thoughts, Exactly!:banger:D

He needs to stop mixing his fantasies with reality. Especially where we are concerned, Tom.

My current fantasies involve Beyonce Knowles, a 1994, and a bathtub full of pudding, Darrell. :D

Yeah mine has to do with Mila Kunis, a Davidoff 5000, and a lot of mirrors around the room. :D

Making a batch of these now. I'll let you know how they turn out in about two hours or so.

Hooters does not use a batter, but flour. I have watched them being made many many many times, and I think they just go chicken to flour, no egg. Also they are not trying to get much flavor from the flour so I'm sure it doesn't have much elae.

By the way they now have Lemon Pepper as a new flavor and it kicks butt! But not spicy.

Hooters: Go for the wings, stay for the breasts and thighs...

Re: Hooter's Hot Wings

Hooters Chicken Wing Sauce you don’t even need to leave the house for this recipe.

While you may have to provide you own Hooter’s girls, you can make wing sauce just like they do. When your wings are done, coat them in this sauce and serve.
1 1/2 C. butter (3 Sticks Butter)(softened)
1/2 C. + 2 Tbs. Tabasco Sauce
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
3/4 tsp. Paprika
3/4 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
3/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbs. Chili Sauce
Mix all ingredients together. This will store well in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Serve this with the Hooter’s Hot Wings.

Here's the hot sauce mixture to go with the wings. I added more brown sugar than what it calls for.

Just tried my first batch and they turned out pretty well. These things are really really good. I don't think they're Hooter's quality, but I'm quite satisfied!:dr
