Smoked this '06 or '07 FFOX last night in honor of the USA's 2014 World Cup campaign, with a special tip of the hat to goalkeeper, Tim Howard. :usa Howard made an incredible 16 saves during yesterday's USA-Belgium match, a new World Cup record. :chr On a side note, somebody should rake those damn leaves! |

Smoked 15 or so cigars while camping last week. The only standout was a 7x54 yard gar I picked up in 2006 a Padilla corojo. Might visit my other yard gars now.

Enjoyed an Oliva Serie G belicoso with the fireworks last night. Nice mild to medium smoke, albeit a bit spongy and a hair loose on the draw. Still, pretty terrific for the price.

I don't have a pic but I had a Perdomo Habano with a Connecticut wrapper at the rodeo today. My buddy said it had been sitting in his humidor for over a year and he didn't care for it. I found it to be quite good but much milder than I had expected.

Camacho Triple Maduro - I picked up a box on a recent trip to the US - pleased with this one. After 3 weeks acclimatizing to the humidor, I had to try one. Full on cocoa - like eating a 75% cocoa dark choc - great stuff. Burnt really well as the photo will attest to.
