Pisani got his first as a Hawk, although they are crediting it to Campbell for the moment.

Hawks need to keep up the momentum in the 3rd.

NJ has the lead with four minutes left. First NHL goal for Mills.

Wings win! Only caught the last 11 minutes, but they looked good, even fighting off a 4 min PP with a 1 goal lead.

Bruins are on a roll right now....I really hope they can stay healthy, unlike last year. Timmy T is also having one helluva start also. :tu

Yeah, Thomas looks like he is back on his A-game.

The more I watch Toews, the more I think he is hiding an injury....he just doesn't seem to be skating with a purpose, and he ain't the kind of kid to dog it.

Fuggin Sharks!
Have not scored a goal in 2 games. Niemi lost another. Thirton got a boarding major followed by a Headshot game ejection. At work didn't watch the game. Anyone see it?

The Blues homers called it blind side, but looked to me like Perron was facing towards Joe, but had hit head down...and I wrong?

I dont know I just watched NHL Network on it and viewed the youtube clip a few times. Its hard to say. Holik didnt think it was blindside and said he embelished. Kind of demonstrated by him not missing a shift and scoring a goal moments later.

Do I think he embelished yes. He clearly was not hurt nearly as bad as he made it look. Did joe leave his feet? no. I didnt even see him lift up in the clip. He is taller then him so his shoulder was on his head. That said it was in the head and it will be interesting to see how the league views it. I dont think it was blindside. Joe was infront of him and he had his hed down and no clue. He did get him on the buttin though and the league may give him a game for that. Will be funny as Joe may argue what do you want me to do not hit people shorter then me?

Only Chris Pronger is allowed to argue to that effect, aka "Pronger Physics".
