I enjoy some Spam. My daughter also enjoys it... well, the last time she ate it she liked it. It could change.

I don't mind Spam at all - though it was never cause I can't afford anything else. The wife and kids don't eat it though.

I normally eat it one of two ways - sliced, fried on toast with melted cheese and mustard sandwich. Sometimes throw a tomato on there. Or sliced and diced - fried up in the skillet. Once it's done then add eggs and scramble - or an omelet with cheese, tomatoes and maybe some green peppers.

And since I'm the only one eating it - I don't save it - just slice up what's leftover and while I'm eating mine, Rusty and TJ munch right along with me.

Sonic Mike, i like the Fried Spam Sammich also. Expecially on toasted sourdough.:dr
