Ok guys... I pushed a bunch of changes last night. I think I hit the biggest problems. If you have a chance take one more look for me.

Got breadcrumbs working, added some color, fixed some font issues, aligned the social, added company linkedin and removed personal ones, fixed url case issues, changed urls for SEO (did I do it right?), added title and description tags for each page, etc...
