Always and a lot. Smoking over 15 years and it does not go away for me.
Allows me to smoke and not ever get sick.

BTW I smoke outside 99.99% of the time.

A little bit - not excessive. Certainly not enough to impinge on my enjoyment of smoking if I'm in a nice lounge.

I wouldn't say a lot, but I do seem to smoke more when I smoke than when I'm not smoking.

It depends on the cigar, but with certain ones I spit a lot.

I still do every once in awhile, never thought about it until I read this thread. It's interesting that a lot of people did when they first started.

I'm wondering if a lot of beginners spit because they may smoke the stick too hot and it gets funky. As we go a bit longer we learn to slow down a bit and don't get as many undesirable flavors.

I just salivate a lot and hear it's bad to swallow the nicotine/tar-filled spit. Not so much a flavor issue.

I spit alot when I chew, which is basically all the time (watch your shoes).

For the most part, I don't spit, but once I do, I can't stop. It's pretty annoying.
