Thanks for all the congrats guys, its appreciated.

I turned in my resignation this morning. Called my boss first to tell him vocally before I sent him and our VP the email. I caught him off guard but he was happy for me since he knew there wasnt much growth potential where we are currently. The VP called me this morning and expressed how he hated to see me go. I hate to do it leaving all my seniority behind (and the 9 hours of PTO each paycheck) but its for the better.
