As an Animal Control Officer they should get with the States Attorney on this and have it changed to a more serious charge. This lady does not need a dog, I hope she doesn’t have kids maybe they should check on that to.

The latest twist on this story. She is obviously completely off balance. Why the hell does she think that anyone in their right mind would allow her to get the puppy back, let alone own any more animals? Seriously. WTF!?!?!?
