Silly me.

Fox News known for conservatiness.
Call them Faux News.

Nope. Nothing political there at all.
Not a hint at all.

These networks love for nothing more than snow/rain between 8-10pm, interrupt the show in progress, and trot out their live doppler radar map 258,000 showing the direction the rain is headed, as if we don't have a pretty good idea what general direction it's going already.

A "meteorologist" is the modern-day snake oil salesman. It's prettty sad that for all our technology, The Farmer's Almanac is just as accurate as the local weatherman.

When was the last time a sitting member of Congress was shot? If you dont find this "newsworthy" there are many other outlets for you to choose. :2

Of course the shooting was newsworthy. I just don't think it's breaking news when they put her in an ambulance and take her to the airport.

I think the newsworthy part is that she actually left the hospital for a rehab clinic.

Why do I have a bad feeling this thread is gonna end up locked?

Oh, and I agree that the news alerts on all channels seem ridiculous sometimes!
