On a herf day the key is pacing and knowing the flavor/strength profile of your sticks. Typical herf runs from noonish until 9-10 at night, sometimes much later. I will always start with milder Cuban sticks like a ERDM or Por Larranaga, move to more medium and finally to a full flavored smoke. Then I usually progress to NC"s sticking with mostly med/full and full bodied smokes. End the night with something more mild of a CC nature like a RyJ or JLP. Many of these will be smaller smokes like a PC or corona. Maybe one or two churchill/pirimide size.

The key is pacing and hydration. I try to keep my sugar levels up to help counteract the nicotine.

Pacing is even more important when at one of the big herfs(SoCal, Shack) that can last 3-4 days. :banger

+2 pretty much exactly

I usually have one in the morning, one right after lunch and one after dinner. Sometimes I will miss the morning smoke but not very often.

I have one cigar. Once I smoke that one, I'll buy another...

In all seriousness, I am probably one of the lightest smokers on the board at maybe 2-3 a month, but I try to get to herfs at least a couple times a year and I'll smoke a bunch then. I'll get up to a couple times a week some months, but then it'll dwindle down to maybe 0 in a month so my average is pretty low.

On average:
maybe 1 - 2 cigars a month.
4+ a week for the pipe per week.

Guys who live up north I strongly recommend that you purchase a small propane heater about 3ft tall from walmart, lowes, home depot. great for the garage.

But to answer the question summer 1-2 a day; winter 0-1 a day.

I would say I average 8-10 a week. Obviously many more on a herf week.

I smoke one a day, sometimes 2. Never been to a herf but with that kind of time probably 4-5. Temperature doesn't matter, wind and rain meh I won't waste my sticks.

It changes semester to semester with me. I used to have a tradition with a friend to smoke once a week in our local shop, but since the past few semesters have been absolutely nuts, we no longer do that. So, now I typically smoke about 2-3 times a month. When I am on breaks I smoke much more, typically 1-3 a week.
