Les, what size and brand is that cooler? I love how you can put the trays in in that direction. My 28 qt holds 4 trays and about 4 bundles.

Very cool...I didn't know you were talking about standard coolers. Definitely a good idea for bulk storage...and much less than a Montegue. :D
