Runners took off at 7:30am PDT (ish). Bet there are some tired legs about now. Small price to pay for one of Rob's killer breakfasts, though. :tu :dr

Yea but we are all pissed off!

Gerry and I started in the back (which I NEVER have done before) but with the new timing chip thingy your time starts after you cross the line so no big deal we thought :rolleyes:

Had kinda a rough time going around and through runners although I am not sure it cost me all that much time (1:03 and change) I felt ok until rolling hills 2-4 but tough to step it up mile 5-6

Gerry was also slower than last year ( but yes the kid kicked my ass) and we didn't go up the dune because the fenced it off :td Breakfast with Mr. Nee then home nap and now back to bed for football....

Good news no injuries, always a plus at my age...next year the dune and under an hour and we start in the front :tu
