Congrats I might be making the switch soon also. As Verizon has decided to get rid of our monthly discount.. :c

Verizon Wireless called me 3 times yesterday.
The third time the rep asked "Is there anything we can do to make you feel better about your experience with Verizon Wireless?"
I said, "Yes, you could all catch on fire." :tu

Congrats on the iPhone.
I had Sprint before and the service was pretty good. The customer servce was absolutely terrible.
I was happy when I left and got a 16gb 3G.
Although I still won't expect much from the customer service with AT&T. Hopefully we will finally get SMS messaging soon.

By the way there is a conversion app called convertbot that is free today. Looks pretty easy to use and has good reviews.
