Thanks guys. I received a lot of good advice. Some of the advice I’ve already started doing. A couple of things like that fartec thing I would like to try. I had a bad day today. No energy, and I just couldn’t quite finish. My biggest problem is that after going hard the last three days my quads are so sore I can hardly walk down the stairs. No big deal I still have a lot of time. I don’t want to push too hard too soon.
