Code of Honor (2016) Close ups of Steven Segal using a guillotine cutter, several scenes smoking cigars with either Deal of Craig Sheffer. They tried to make discovering trimmed cigar caps a key to the plot...but this was straight to DVD Segal. The plot has more holes than actual plot.
