So it would probably be "wrong" to eat all of this lobster sitting here in front of the t.v. wouldn't it. Butter poached, then a little pan saute action with cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, butter, a touch of salt. Oh well gonna do it anyway, celebrating my own holiday "Don't have a mother day". Cheers! Damn you Ralph's for having such a good deal on lobster tails, 6.99 each.

I made some smoked sharp cheddar cheese earlier this week. Now, I am eating a few grilled cheese sammiches with it. Good stuff

Had two "Super Wet Burritos". Turns out there is such a thing as too much goodness.

I had a few friends order up some of my smoked cheeses. So, while smoking theire I smoked some mozzarella for a while and then wrapped some prosciutto around it and smoked them together for a bit more.

Well, this ain't CURRENT, it was last night. But it was so good that I had to put it up. I cut up a potato for fries
and par-boiled them and dried them. I dredged my oysters and fried them up and fried up my home-mades. I ended up
eating about 3 times more than you see here. This was a first photo.

Got steak soup simmering now, with potatoes, sirloin, onions, peppers, peas, carrots, celery, corn, spices/hot sauce... and an oatmeal stout. Hope it turns out.
