Re: What are you reading?
I started reading 'December' by Phil Rickman. Made it through 78 pages and had to stop. Just could not get into the flow of the writer.
After putting 'December' down I read 'Mad As Hell' by Mike Lupica. Book was published in early 1996 but is still revolent with the complaining of how sports are screwing the average fan over. Started reading 'The Passenger' by Patrick A. Davis the other day. After the first page I was into the book. :tu Will probbaly finish it by this time next week. |

Re: What are you reading?
Need some recommendations... I am going on a 15 day cruise and want to take some books with me. Right now I have Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn series.
I like epic fantasy (Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time, etc.), science fiction (Heinlein, Asimov, Card, Brin) fantasy (McAffery, Card, Butcher). (Basically, I read for escape and entertainment, not education.) The catch is that any recommendations need to be available on the Kindle. Thanks! |
Re: What are you reading?
