Ok the last tier in cuba, level 3 mastery is pissing me off. They set 3-4 of the jobs to where it only gives you 1% towards completion each time you do the job. Its gonna take forever to finish.

I better get a box of CC in the mail for finishing this crap.

Cuba has 1 of the NY consumables and I never thought I would run out of corrupt politico's but i have doing the 3rd phase of last tier.

I've got close to 1200 (and climbing) of the Politico Corrupto if you need some. I haven't hit the El Cacique level yet, on the third level of El Padrino, so I'm not sure how many it will take.
