Should have been 10-1. Replays clearly showed the catcher missing a tag, but the ump missed the call. It was during the 7-run inning.

Mets fought the D-Backs hard before falling 5-4 in 15 innings. Hit HRs in the bottom of the 13th and 14th to even it up...but, AGAIN, the bullpen couldn't keep the oppositions offense at bay. :bh :bh

Mets beat the Brewers yesterday 12-5. Wheeler looked alright in his third start of his young career...still struggling with his command. Nieuwenhuis and Davis both had big games. Between both of them, they went 7-9, 5 runs scored, with 7 RBIs. I'm still really liking the Eric Young pick-up. His speed at the top of the order has helped a bunch.

Mets beat the Giants 10-6 last night behind Marlon Byrds grand slam!! I said before the season started that I really liked this pick-up. Now, will be remain with the Mets or will someone grab him in need of a right handed bat?

Truth is, Sandy should trade him.
Granted he's been a great pick-up, and possibly Sandy's best pick-up since he's been here, but he's not in the Mets long term plans.
Might as well see if you can get a decent prospect for him while his value is high. :2
