Cuban Crafters sent me two OneOff (6 x 60)cigars a months ago.
I smoked this for the first time today and was knocked off my feet. What a great stick. I think I smoked this brand a few years ago but I don't remember it tasting like this.
I went to their site and discovered these are cheap. $70 for 20.
But the Salomons are discounted to $55. I bought it quick and dirty. Can't get a stick like this for $2.75. Especially a Salomon.
It's spicy during the bottom half where the Connecticut wrapper is. But the habano wrapper is full of cocoa and coffee.

Don Tomas Sungrown Gigante, thanks Mac! It was my first cigar in 2-3 weeks and I am really enjoying it. It is marketed as a medium body I believe but to me it is more of a mild which I was in the mood for.

Last August I was given an Oliva V sampler from a contest he held. Today I fired up the last of that sampler. The 7x49 Oliva V diadema. A beautiful smoke as were the others. At the time I had no idea there were full bodied smokes that could be smooth and not like inhaling a mouth full of needles. Now the V is one of my favorite smokes and I've found other fantastic cigars on the full side of medium that I might never have tried otherwise.

Thanks Dom! You helped a newb enjoy the entire spectrum of great smokes.

Mr.Maduro for a very special cigar, a 1993 LGC Mdo #4 ... Patrick gifted this to me in the MAW thread a while back, and I smoked it today in honor of my son's 18th bday.
