Just saw this... Hard to get any traction while the other higher profile legislation is in process, but it does represent one of Obama's campaign pledges.

Nothing in that bill as far as I can see...
Freedom to Travel to Cuba Act (Introduced in House)[H.R.874.IH]
But this was proposed a month back...
Cuba Reconciliation Act (Introduced in House)[H.R.188.IH]
It won't allow direct links to the legislation, but search here for "Cuba"(That's not working now either, you have to type in the legislation number) and you can read the details of the legislation.
