I'm headed up to the Richmond area within the month and I am looking to find my new cigar shop. I'll be south of Richmond in Chester so if anyone knows of a good shop around that area, or anywhere for that matter, please let me know. I know there are a lot of VA smokers on here as well, so I look forward to herfing when I get up there. If you have a recommendation, please post and addy so I can mapquest it or whatever to get the location. Thanks guys.:ss

Here's my choice:

The Swift Creek location is closest to Chester, and one of their largest. I typically go to the Midlothian & West End shops. They all have a great selection and very helpful staff.

I'm in Midlothian, not far from where you'll be, so hit me up when you get situated and we'll herf. And mark your calendar for the Tulip Twins (http://www.cigarasylum.com/vb/showthread.php?t=8362)central Virginia visit in May! :tu

Along with those already mentioned, Old Virginia Tobacco Company (http://ovtc.com/) is another one I frequent.

Gotta agree with the above recommendations. Mr. Bundles has a pretty huge selection.

I have gone to the Havana Connection on W. Broad, I guess that is in Short Pump. Nice store.

The main ones I visit when in Richmond have been listed. I find Havana Connections to be a bit pricier than Uncle Mikey's (aka Mr.Bundles, aka Herf House Cigars), but they have a wider selection. I like them both, but it depends on what you are looking for. Havana Connections is nice hard wood floors, leather couches, etc. Uncle Mikey is more casual. If you are in Richmond for more than a day, I would check them both out.

Thanks guys! Got a couple good places to start then. Kaiser, we'll definitely meet up once I get there. You, me, and JK can all meet up for a smoke shortly.
