This movie sucked. The worst Seth Rogen flick to date. This was 1.5 hours of my life I can never get back.

Cast: Seth Rogen, James Franco, Gary Cole, Rosie Perez, Danny R. McBride
Director: David Gordon Green
Genres: Action Comedy, Buddy Film, Comedy, Stoner Comedy
Runtime: 1 hr. 45 min
Rating: R pervasive language, drug use, sexual references and violence

--------------------------------------------------------------

I though it was pretty entertaining. I am a fan of just about anything Seth Rogen has done so far though.

I loved this movie. Laughed the entire time. But, for what it's worth, I couldn't make it even half way through Tropic Thunder - shut it off after 35 minutes. I've never done that before.

haven't seen it yet, but you are the first person that has said anything bad about it.

Okay, I am prepares to get flamed but I wholeheartedly agree with Mean D. I wasn't a big fan of Tropic Thunder either. Maybe I am just getting old and don't appreciate the youthful humor. NO that can't be it I do still love Mallrats

This movie sucked. The worst Seth Rogen flick to date. This was 1.5 hours of my life I can never get back.

there was the scene with the slushy covered cop car and whats his face with his foot through the window. that was mildly funny.

^^^ Said it all right there. I kept wanting to like it and trying to think it was funny, but it just wasn't. As a matter of fact it sucked. Huge disappointment.

I haven't seen it but I've heard you need to be stoned to appreciate it. Seeing as I haven't done that since undergrad I took this movie off the "to watch" list.

Wow Big D! Tell me how you really feel about this movie!
I really liked this movie. Thought it was definitely over the top but still worth the watch.
My 2 cents on Tropic Thunder was not very good. Just keep waiting for the humor and it was lost on me. But we all have different taste.

I caught PE this weekend on Demand. I didn't care for it at all. I'm glad I didn't pay theater prices or else I would have been really ticked.

This guy plays the same role in every movie,,same character, same delivery, same everything. It's like watching a 3 year old play with the same toy,,,could he at least stretch his "acting" muscles a little,,,even if it's a crappy movie,,,at least he could pretend to be somebody else. Everytime he is in a movie,,,you know it is Seth Rogen,,BFD! This guy couldn't act his way into a paper bag much less out of one. That being said he's still making a ton of money being in these movies so who is the chump here?

I liked it. I have seen allot worse that people said was good, it's all in the person perspective of things.

I thought pineapple express and tropic thunder were funny, and no I'm not a stoner. Jack Black, Tom Cruise, and Downey killed that ****, it was hilarious.

Tropic Thunder i enjoyed, have seen it a few times and still laugh at it. Pineapple Express on the other hand, ive tried to watch twice (maybe three times), once in the theaters and the rest at friends houses. I just dont get the rage here. I have fallen asleep both times and still have yet to be able to make it through the movie. A waste of money in the theater and a waste of time at my friends.

Yeah I've watched it sober and in the other state and I must say I appreciated it a lot more while intoxicated.

Yeh I thought this movie sucked as well.

Tropic thunder on the other hand was a damn funny movie and I am normally not a Robert Downey Jr. fan (although I am a huge Ben Stiller fan).

Tom Cruised rocked Tropic. RD jr saved the film - without those two that film would have been straight to video.
