Just found out today that I have a job interview on Monday January 26th with the Adams County Winery for a marketing position. I am really excited as it will hopefully give me a chance to move to Gettysburg. Do any of you guys know of any websites that is a wine 101?
Also, would any of you guys in the area be interested in getting together downtown for a cigar at the Gettysburg Cigar Co?

I'm very happy to hear the good news.
www.wine.com is mostly sales but has some good info on it
www.nomerlot.com is a well done wine snob blog.

Head over to http://www.winepress.us for some info on how wine is made. It's a homebrew site, but the idea is the same. Check out the forums if you're interested in the nitty gritty details.

Happy news, and congrats.

If you're a quick reader, this is supposed to be a great book about the politics of the industry (though I have yet to read it):

That's odd, first time I've seen a spammer linking a legitimate site, I've bought stuff from that wine store many times (spoiler: it was whiskey). Very well known and respected CA shop

I have as well, Brother. Maybe it was one of his steps in becoming a sommelier. :r

Also weird because although he is claiming to be in California, he is using an IP address that says he originates from India.
