Dach injury hurts the Hawks, but they weren't likely going anywhere anyway this season. Great to have the Junior tourney on, and NHL in 18 days...and NO Preseason! :D

E.J., this is what we're expecting from the Hawks. Three Top 6 forwards out (Toews, Dach, Nylander), no goaltending (75 career starts between the Hawks 4 goalies on the roster) and Subban looked bad despite the announcers makin excuses for him. No real hope for playoffs, unfortunately real hope for the #1 pick in the draft.

I've got MacKinnon on my fantasy team, I'm gonna need him to score 4 on Friday. :D

They're missing Saad for sure, they need more secondary scoring. Donskoi and Kadri need to get hot again for the playoffs, and Burakovsky to stay hot. I think they'll come out of the division unless their goaltending lets them down.

Bruins-Islanders is the only semi-final series where I like both teams, and really am just rooting for good hockey. And that's exactly what they're giving us.

Was rooting for Winnipeg for Johnny until Scheifele made his "statement hit". Now I would love to see them get swept, though that's unlikely.

Avs and 'canes are my other teams I'd like to see advance.

I have a different conundrum, being born in Florida and now living again in Florida, and being a Bruins fan ... Glad to see Montreal lose, yet I hate Rask so much it might have been worth it for Price to win it (or any goalie that was so so during the year) just to shut the Rask bandwagon "he's the best goalie during the season dur dur dur" fans up.

Definitely heavily favors the Wings. Now they need a couple more guys who can put the puck where Mama hides the peanut butter.

Scratching my heads at some of Seattle's expansion picks during the draft. Now I see they're flipping some for 2022 draft picks. They likely won't even come close to Vegas' 1st year success, but sounds like Ron Francis has a plan.
